gas grill with lots of comfortable patio furninture. The lower level has a huge master bedroom (king bed and queen futon) with a computer
that has broad band internet plus WiFi. Additionally, the lower level has the laundry room, large master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub,
second bedroom/game room with a bunk bed (twin over full), there is another covered deck with great views of Lake Travis.
The short walk down the stone steps to the water has several benches and swings along the way. There are several
nice shade trees. Less than a minute walk is a junior olympic sized pool, weight room, and libary.
The Pier
floating restaurant is less than a two minute walk. Point Venture also offers lighted tennis courts, a 50 acre water front park with
multiple concrete boat ramps, pavillion, basketball court, playground, and the
Point Venture Golf Course.
